For a long time runescape player's thought the day would never come! But here it is! To get the pieces you need to do a quest. But to put the pieces together into a dragon plate you need to be 99 smithing, request assist wont get you far. But on the other hand you DONT need to have completed the quest to wear this epic item runescapers have been waiting so long for, enjoy the pictures below.
We are happy to announce Andy Barker1 is our new moderator. He will help us out in game & on forums to make the clan a better place! We are always looking out for people that take our clan serious, have the time to participate and are social and friendly. Though we are but a small clan maintenence help is always appreciated! Lumay
Lumay is one of the two clan leaders of Nebula. She runs the site and the forums. She is also the one who runs clan events. If you have any questions for her, you can PM her on the forums.
Iralimir
Iralimir is the other of the two clan leaders of Nebula. He runs the clan chat in game. Also Iralimir is the leader who redirects new members to our site. If you have any questions for him, you can PM him on the forums.
Goldiex999
Goldiex999 is our web designer of Nebula. He helps Lumay and Iralimir improve the clan such as coming up with ideas for the clan. He also sometimes makes games for nebula for the members to enjoy. If you have any questions for him, you can PM him on the forums.
Andrew
Andrew is our site host. He pays for our server as well as upload any new changes to the site layout. He does not play Runescape anymore. If you wish to contact Andrew, we recomend you contact one of us first.
Moderators
Lastly we have our clan moderators. They help moderate our forums and our clan chat. At the moment we have 2 moderators and they are Scg Punisher, and Redwall678. They help keep the forums and clan chat clean making the clan a safe and better place.
Kangee
As summoning came into runescape we met a small creature. His name was Kangee. A raven from an oak tree outside varrock. He was abandoned by his parents and we decided to look after him. His guardian is Goldiex999. Kangee joins in clan events. He is anti-war so he passes on combat orientated events. He has become our clan mascot.

Our requirement: * Motivation to participate in our clan. * Two 99 skills with one none-combat 99 skill. * One 99 none-combat skill with one ore more 90+ skills. * If you only have two+ combat skills 99 contact either Iralimir or Lumay.
Notes: * Quest cape: Counts as a none-combat 99 BUT! You must do new quests within a 2 week period of time. * Fire cape: Does not count as a combat cape or a 99 skill. * Slayer: Is seen as a none-combat 99 skill.
